1. Promoter. McDonald’s Restaurants Limited, 11–59 High Road, East Finchley, London N2 8AW.

2. Eligibility. UK residents aged 18+ only. Employees, agencies and anyone professionally connected with these prize draws are excluded. Entries must be made personally; bulk, automated or third‑party entries are prohibited.

3. Prize draw period and entry. Each merchandise prize draw run by the Promoter during the livestream, as announced in‑stream and/or pinned in the chat or bio (“Merch Drop”) opens and closes during the time window announced in the livestream (the “Merch Drop Window”) and as pinned in chat/bio. To enter, respond in the livestream chat to the prompt posted by the Promoter’s Community Manager during the Merch Drop Window. One entry per account per Merch Drop. No purchase necessary.

4. Prizes. Prizes consist of McDonald’s festive merchandise as set out in the table below. The number and prizes available per Merch Drop will be as announced in‑stream and/or pinned in chat. Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable and no cash alternative is available, except that the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner selection and notification. Valid entries received during the Merch Drop Window will be entered into a random draw. Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter’s Community Manager and/or an independent process. Winners may be tagged in the chat and/or announced in‑stream and will be asked to direct message the Promoter to claim their prize. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification with the information requested (e.g., name, UK delivery address). If a winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a reserve. Prizes will be allocated to winners on a first come first serve basis until exhausted.

6. Delivery. Prizes will be dispatched to UK addresses only within 30 days of valid claim, unless otherwise communicated. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect details supplied by the winner or events outside its control. [Is delivery covered by us?]

7. Moderation and disqualification. Entries must not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringe third‑party rights, or otherwise breach platform rules. The Promoter may refuse, remove or disqualify entries and/or winners that do not comply with these terms or that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, bulk or automated. The Promoter’s decisions are final.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to network, hardware or software failure, or for any loss or damage suffered by entrants in connection with the Merch Drops, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of statutory duty. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Data protection. The Promoter will process winners’ personal data to administer the prize draws and deliver prizes, relying on its legitimate interests. Data may be shared with service providers for these purposes and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy . Winners’ surnames and counties may be made available on request for 30 days after each draw; please contact us if you object to this or wish to reduce the information disclosed.

10. Fairness and integrity. The Promoter may suspend, vary or cancel any Merch Drop where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, while taking reasonable steps to avoid undue prejudice to entrants.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, though consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may additionally bring claims in their local courts.
