These are the terms and conditions of the Master your McDonald’s Promotion. Participation requirements and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms, although these Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
1. Promotion
Master your McDonald’s Promotion is promoted by McDonald's Restaurants Limited, 11-59 High Road, East Finchley, London N2 8AW ("McDonald's"). The Master your McDonald’s Master Ring is subject to these Terms. By participating in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion for a chance to claim a Master Ring, you, the participant, agree to be bound by and accept these Terms.
Claims are open for the Master your McDonald’s Promotion from 12:00pm on 5th June 2026 and will have very limited stock (significantly fewer than anticipated demand) and will be on a first come first served basis. Claims received after all stock has run out will not be fulfilled. Due to limited availability, not all eligible participants will be able to claim a ring.
2. Eligibility
1. In order to participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion each participant must:
a. have downloaded, registered and signed-in with the official McDonald's (UK) App (the "App") (entries into this Master your McDonald’s Promotion can only be made via a microsite);
b. be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK (including Northern Ireland); and
c. be eligible to enter the Master your McDonald’s Promotion under these Terms.
d. Have signed up for MyMcDonald’s Rewards
e. Be opted into McDonald’s Marketing communications
f. Have received a unique link via email to participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion. This link will be sent only to selected individuals who use the McDonald’s app. These individuals have been selected based on objective, non-random criteria relating to general app engagement.
2. The following are not eligible to participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion:
a. employees of McDonald's, McDonald's franchisees and employees of McDonald's franchisees and their immediate families;
b. employees of any company responsible for the redemption of the prize or for supplying prizes for the Master your McDonald’s Promotion and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors;
c. other persons assisting with the Master your McDonald’s Promotion or otherwise professionally connected with the Master your McDonald’s Promotion; and
d. any person entering via an agent or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions.
e. Any person that has not received the email containing a unique link.
3. How to participate and participation restrictions
1. To participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion, a participant must complete the mandatory fields of the online claim form accessed via the unique link sent via email to the registered email address in MyMcDonald’s Rewards with the participant’s first name, last name, selected ring size (which cannot be changed after submission), postal address, and UK phone number, tick the boxes on the form to confirm acceptance of these Terms and submit the completed claim form before the stock runs out.
2. There is a limit of one claim per email address. If you complete the claim form more than once only your first claim will be recognised and all others will be invalid. No third-party or bulk claims. You are not permitted to claim a ring for the Master your McDonald’s Promotion on behalf of another person.
3. Any participant using multiple email addresses, phone numbers or multiple names to access the claim form will be disqualified and any Ring award will be void. McDonald’s reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a claimant has already submitted a claim and to disqualify any subsequent claims.
4. There is only a very limited number of Master Rings available (significantly fewer than anticipated demand). Due to limited availability, not all eligible participants will be able to claim a ring. Rings will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Free Fries
The MyMcDonald’s Rewards account associated with the successful claimant of a Master Ring will be entitled to a free serve of medium fries each week for 52 weeks. The exact dates will be specified in an email to successful claimants.
Each serve of fries must be claimed each week. For the purposes of this reward, each week will be taken to commence on each Tuesday. Any serve which remains unclaimed by the end of the following Monday will lapse (i.e. a user cannot stack rewards and claim multiple serves of fries in a single reward week).
This reward can not be transferred to another account. The physical Master Ring does not entitle any individual to any reward – the free fries reward is linked to the MyMcDonald’s Rewards account associated with the Master Ring at the time of claim. If the account is deleted or closed at any point, the reward will be forfeited and cannot be replaced.
The free medium fries reward can be redeemed on delivery on the McDonald’s app, subject to standard minimum order values and delivery fees (i.e. it is only possible to redeem the reward on delivery in conjunction with a valid delivery order for other products). The reward cannot be redeemed on third party delivery apps.
This reward is subject to availability and redeemable at participating restaurants only. Serving times apply.
5. The Master Ring size selection
A. Each claimant of the Master your McDonald’s Master Ring must select a size:
Master Ring sizing:
a. S – Ring Size L (16.3mm diameter)
b. M – Ring Size N (17.1mm diameter)
c. L – Ring Size P (17.9mm diameter)
Please note: You are only able to select one ring size. Once you have completed and submitted the claim form, your ring size cannot be changed or exchanged for another size.
6. Claim verification
1. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when claiming the Master Ring, in order for their claim to be processed, if they are successful. McDonald’s cannot be held responsible for a participant failing to supply accurate information at the point of claiming a Master Ring, which affects acceptance or delivery of the Master Ring. Please note it will not be possible to update or amend a postal address after participating and submitting a claim in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion.
2. McDonald's may carry out such background checks and require such information (including proof of identity, address and/or age) as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any claim, and any reward may be withheld unless and until McDonald's is satisfied with the verification.
3. Failure of the participant to comply with these Terms (including any deadlines therein) and other instructions of McDonald's at any stage during the Promotion and fulfilment process (whether or not communicated via an agent) may result (in McDonald's sole discretion) in the Master Ring being withheld and the applicable claim being deemed void for all purposes.
4. Claims will be processed in the order they are validly received by our systems. A claim is only deemed received once the completed claim form has been successfully submitted and confirmed on screen. Once all stock has been allocated, all further claims will be unsuccessful.
5. If there is any dispute or uncertainty as to the order of claims submitted, it will be resolved by McDonald’s acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms, which decision will be final.
6. This is not a prize draw. Eligible participants who are selected and successfully submit a valid claim will receive a Master Ring, subject to availability.
7. McDonald’s is not responsible for unsuccessful claims due to the Promotion being fully claimed.
8. If technical issues affect the submission of claims, McDonald’s reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure fairness.
7. Responsibility
1. Participation into the Master your McDonald’s Promotion is at the participant’s sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) McDonald's and its agents and/or commercial partners assume no responsibility and are not liable for:
a. the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of The Master Ring;
b. the non-availability, loss, late receipt or damage of any text, claim, notification or other communication for whatever reason;
c. a Master Ring lost, delayed, damaged or received in error during transit, for which a replacement may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion;
d. (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of the Master Ring; or
e. any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which a claimant may be required to pay in connection with the Master Ring, (save to the extent expressly accepted by McDonald's in these Terms).
2. Nothing in these Terms will limit McDonald's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall affect a participants statutory rights.
8. Privacy
1. Please see mcdonalds.com/gb/en-gb/privacy-policy.html for our privacy statement and details on how we collect and use your personal information.
2. McDonald’s may publish limited details of successful claimants where required to demonstrate compliance with promotional regulations.
3. McDonald’s will provide information of successful claimants to the Advertising Standards Authority or other competent authorities on request.
9. General
1. There is no cash alternative (in whole or in part) to any Master Ring and the Master Ring is not transferable. McDonald’s may substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in place of the Master Ring.
2. McDonald's decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with the Terms shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. All age limits shall be deemed to be actual age as at the time of acceptance of the Terms, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
4. McDonald's is not responsible for any changes to any participants email or postal address.
5. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late claims will not be accepted. McDonald's takes no responsibility for claims that are delayed, incomplete, invalid or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
6. McDonald’s reserves the right to exclude any claims which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the participant may bring the McDonald’s brand into disrepute.
7. Claims via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent, in the reasonable opinion of McDonald's, that either a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, using multiple devices, acting fraudulently or dishonestly, using identities other than their own, creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that participants claims or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms, those claims will be disqualified, and any reward entitlement will be void.
8. McDonald's reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend, or amend the Master your McDonald’s Promotion (or any part of it), with no liability to any participants or third parties if it considers it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. McDonald’s shall not exercise this right unreasonably and if this happens, McDonald’s shall use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
9. If using a device, computer and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the participant, the participant is reminded to obtain the owner's permission before participating in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion. McDonald’s will not be liable for any internet, mobile connection or other charges incurred in participating in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion (or any part of it).
10. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms, shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
