Offer Terms and Conditions for Free Menu Item with a Minimum Spend on Delivery Orders made on the McDonald's (UK) app

1. Receive a free Hash Brown when you unlock this offer in the ‘Offers’ or 'Rewards and Offers' (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app and place a delivery order for at least £15 worth of breakfast food and drink items via the ‘Offers’ or 'Rewards and Offers' (as applicable) section of the app. Only menu items count towards minimum order value threshold. This offer is only valid from 9^th September 2024 for the first 250,000 redemptions that satisfy these terms and conditions.

2. Receive 6x Chicken McNuggets® for free when you unlock this offer in the ‘Offers’ or 'Rewards and Offers' (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app and place a delivery order for at least £20 worth of main menu food and drink items via the ‘Offers’ or 'Rewards and Offers' (as applicable) section of the app. Only menu items count towards minimum order value threshold. This offer is only valid from 9^th September 2024 for the first 950,000 redemptions that satisfy these terms and conditions.

3. To be eligible to receive and use either of these offers, you must:

a) be 18 years old or over; and

b) have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's (UK) app; and

c) have the applicable offer showing in the ‘Offers’ or ‘Rewards & Offers’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app.

4. Menu items are subject to availability and serving times. Breakfast menu items are served between 05:00 and 10:59. Main menu items are served between 00:01 - 04:59 and 11:00 - 23:59. Offers subject to opening hours of participating restaurants.

5. Offers are not automatically added to your order. To redeem any of these offers, you must unlock the respective offer in the ‘Offers’ or ‘Rewards & Offers’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app and order via that section of the app by clicking on the button which describes the applicable offer, adding that offer to your order and completing your qualifying order on the app with a participating restaurant, following which the order should be delivered the same day from that restaurant.

6.  Offers are valid only on delivery orders made via the McDonald’s (UK) app. Offers cannot be redeemed on items ordered for Pickup or orders made via a third-party delivery service, app or website.

7.  Delivery fees apply to delivery orders. Minimum order value thresholds do not include delivery fees. Delivery is subject to availability at restaurants offering that service. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving.

8. An offer can only be used once per transaction. An offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or promotion.

9. Offers for free or reduced price menu items cannot be used to contribute towards payment for a Meal or to pay for a Meal in full. Offers do not apply to any customisations to menu items for which full payment will be required.

10. No cash or other alternative is available. Your usual data charges apply.
