McDonald's Customer Service Free Regular Hot Drink Voucher Terms and Conditions

1.       To be eligible to receive this offer, you must be 16 years old or over and received an email containing this offer together with a QR and alphanumeric code (an "Eligible Customer").

2.       Offer comprises of one free regular hot drink in a participating UK restaurant before 23:59 on 31st December 2021. To redeem this offer the Eligible Customer must either:

a.         scan the QR code for this offer at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or

b.         enter the 12 digit alphanumeric code on the voucher at a digital kiosk in a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment; or

c.          present the QR code or 12 digit alphanumeric code on the voucher to a crew member at the front counter or Drive Thru payment window at a participating UK restaurant prior to making payment and requesting a crew member scans or enters that code at a till.  

3.       This offer may only be used for orders being collected from a participating UK restaurant. This offer cannot be used for McDelivery orders or orders made via an app or online.

4.       This offer is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

5.       No minimum spend. No cash or other alternative is available. Non-transferable. Your usual data charges apply.

6.       McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already received this offer and McDonald's decision is final.
