Our burgers? They're made from whole cuts of British and Irish beef from the forequarter and flank, with just a pinch of salt and pepper added after cooking.
100% British & Irish Beef
Sometimes we hear some funny stories about how we make our burgers. But the truth is really very simple. Butchers prepare cuts of beef that come from the forequarter and flank, which are minced, shaped into our famous patties and then frozen. From farm to restaurant, it’s just 100% beef, 0% nonsense.
All our restaurant teams know how to make a great tasting burger, too. Instead of adding oil, they simply place the patty between two hotplates where both sides cook at the same time. A pinch of salt and pepper later, and you're looking at one delicious burger.
And that’s good to know.
