Our beef

Our burgers are prepared to order, and the patties are made from whole cuts of beef sourced from farms across Britain and Ireland, with just a pinch of salt and pepper. Nothing else.

100% British and Irish beef

British and Irish farmers are our most essential ingredient, and we're proud to work with over 29,000 of them. Each and every one of the farmers is approved by a nationally recognised farm assurance scheme, such as Red Tractor or Bord Bia.

We’ve funded a £1 million study into carbon reduction on beef farms in the UK and Ireland. The farms involved saw their carbon emissions reduce by over 23% during the six-year study.
