Butchers prepare the quality cuts of beef that come from the forequarter and flank, which are minced then shaped into our famous patties.
It’s then delivered to our restaurant teams, who know exactly how to make a great tasting burger. Instead of adding oil, they simply place the patty between two hotplates where both sides cook at the same time. A pinch of salt and pepper later, and you’re looking at one delicious burger.
