GENERAL INFORMATION
What are the dates of the Master your McDonald’s Promotion?
The Master your McDonald’s Microsite will be open for claims from 12:00pm on 5th June 2026. Please note there is very limited stock of only 2,000 rings (significantly fewer than anticipated demand) and it will be available on a first come first served basis. Claims received after all stock has run out will not be fulfilled.
Who can participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion?
To participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion, participants must:
1. be 18 or over;
2. accept the promotional Terms and Conditions;
3. be residents of the UK (including Northern Ireland)
4. have downloaded, registered, signed in with the official UK App
5. have signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards
6. have opted in to McDonald’s Marketing communications; and
7. have received a unique link via email to participate in the Master your McDonald’s Promotion.
Who is not eligible to participate?
Anyone who did not receive an email containing a unique link is not eligible to participate. Employees of McDonald’s franchisees, their immediate family members, employees of companies responsible for reward redemption, individuals assisting with the Promotion, individuals who have not opted into the MyMcDonald's Rewards program, individuals that are not opted in to McDonald’s marketing communications, those who have not received a Master your McDonald’s Promotion email from McDonald’s with a unique link with an opportunity to claim a Master Ring, and those utilising the services of entities participating in prize promotions are not eligible.
Why didn’t I receive a unique link?
This promotion is open only to selected individuals who use the McDonald’s app. These individuals have been selected based on objective, non-random criteria relating to general app engagement.
How many Master Rings are available?
There is only a very limited number of Master Rings available: 2,000 (significantly fewer than anticipated demand). Due to limited availability, not all eligible participants will be able to claim a ring. Rings will be distributed on a first come, first served basis, which means it is essential that you submit your claim as soon as possible on the opening date to have the best chance to claim one.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
I’m eligible, how do I participate?
To be in with a chance of claiming a Master Ring, complete the online claim form via the unique link sent to the email address you registered MyMcDonald’s Rewards with, whilst stocks last. You will need to provide your first name, last name, selected ring size, postal address, and UK phone number, tick the boxes on the form to confirm acceptance of these Terms and submit the completed claim form before the stock runs out.
Stock is very limited (significantly fewer than anticipated demand), so make sure you submit your claim as soon as possible once claims are open to be in with the best chance of claiming a Master Ring. Claims will be filled on a first come first served basis, so once all Master Rings have been claimed all further claims will be unsuccessful.
Can I complete a claim form more than once?
No, there is a limit of one claim per email address.
How will I know if my claim for a Master Ring is successful?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation immediately after submitting the form confirming whether your claim has been successful. Please take a screenshot of this confirmation screen as proof of your claim. Only claims confirmed on-screen as successful will receive a Master Ring.
How does McDonald’s determine which claims are successful?
Claims are processed in real time in the order they are validly received by our systems while stock remains available. A claim is only deemed received once the completed claim form has been successfully submitted and confirmed on screen.
Do I need to buy anything to participate?
No purchase is required in order to claim. However, to be eligible to claim, you must have received a unique link to participate. As explained above, only selected app users receive this link. These users have been selected based on objective factors relating to app usage.
Can I transfer my link?
No. Each link is personal to the individual who received it and may not be transferred.
THE MASTER RING DETAILS
What is a Master Ring?
The McDonald’s Master Ring is a gold-plated stainless steel ring and features an engraving of the iconic McDonald’s Golden Arches. This ring is exclusively available at McDonald’s.
What are the benefits of a Master Ring?
The account associated with the Master Ring will be entitled to 1 serving of free medium fries, once per week for 52 weeks (each week commencing on the Tuesday). The reward is available in the McDonald’s App only. The exact dates will be specified in an email to successful claimants. For further information, see the section below on Free Fries.
How many Master Rings are available?

Can I exchange The Master Ring if I have selected the wrong size?
You are only able to select one ring size. Once you have completed and submitted the claim form, your ring size cannot be changed or exchanged for another size.
What happens if my claim is invalid, or I do not comply with the terms?
If a claim is later found to be invalid or the claimant fails to comply with the terms, your claim may be invalidated and you will not receive a Master Ring. The decision will be made by McDonald’s acting reasonably.
If I’m successful, when will I receive my Master Ring?
If you have been informed that you have successfully claimed a Master Ring, we will post your ring to the address you provided on submission of the claim form. This should arrive within 30 days after you’ve been informed that your claim has been successful. Please ensure your address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.
What should I do if I don’t receive my Master Ring within 30 days?
When you successfully claim a Master Ring, please take a screenshot of your claim confirmation screen as proof of your claim. If you have been informed that your claim was successful and have not received your Master Ring within 30 days of completing the claim form, please contact us using the email address provided on the claim confirmation screen.
What happens if I miss out?
There is only a very limited number of Master Rings available, significantly fewer than anticipated demand. If you are unsuccessful this time, please keep an eye out for future campaigns which may run from time to time.
FREE FRIES FOR MASTER RING HOLDERS
Can I claim free fries with the physical Master Ring?
No. The physical Master Ring does not entitle any individual to any reward. The free medium fries reward is linked to the MyMcDonald’s Rewards account associated with the successful claimant of a Master Ring and can only be redeemed in the app by that specific account.
When will my free fries offer be added to my McDonald’s Rewards Account?
Your free medium fries offer is expected to be added to your McDonald’s Rewards account by Tuesday 16th June 2026. You will receive an email to confirm when the offer is available and ready to use.
Can I transfer my entitlement to another account?
No, the reward can only be redeemed by the account associated with the successful claimant of a Master Ring and cannot be transferred to another account.
Can I save a serve for future weeks?
No, each serve of medium fries must be claimed each reward week (commencing on Tuesday). Any serve which remains unclaimed by the end of the following Monday will lapse (i.e. a user cannot stack rewards and claim multiple serves of fries in a single reward week).
Can I claim free fries on McDelivery?
Yes, but subject to standard minimum order values and delivery fees. A single serve of free medium fries cannot be claimed on delivery on its own, but must be redeemed in conjunction with a valid delivery order for other products. It can also only be claimed through the McDonald’s app, not through third party delivery services.
MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES
Are there any costs involved in receiving The Master Ring?
There are no costs associated with receiving the Master Ring. However, any taxes or duties that may apply are the responsibility of the claimant, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Can the Master Ring be exchanged for cash or transferred?
No, there is no cash alternative, and The Master Ring is not transferable. McDonald's may substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of the Master Ring.
Can The Master Ring be returned?
The Master Ring cannot be returned, including if it does not fit.
What should I do if my contact information changes after entering?
Please ensure the provided contact information remains accessible throughout the Promotional period as it will not be possible to update or amend postal addresses after completing the claim form.
What if there are technical issues with my claim form submission?
McDonald’s are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, or late claim submissions due to technical reasons or otherwise. Please ensure you complete the claim form before stock runs out to avoid issues and missing out on your chance to claim a Master Ring!
