1. The 20% off offer (the Promotion) runs from 00:01 5th January 2025 until 23:59 1st February 2026 (Promotion Period) on MyMcDonald's Rewards on the McDonald's App. Privacy Statement, App & Rewards T&Cs apply.
2. The Promotion is only valid on pick up only. The Promotion is displayed in the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the McDonald’s (UK) app. One use only per week during the Promotion Period.
3. Minimum spend applies. The minium spend may vary each week. See Rewards & Offers section of the McDonald’s (UK) app for details of applicable minimum spend.
4. To be eligible to receive and use the Promotion, you must: a) be 18 years old or over; b) have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's (UK) app; c) have signed up to MyMcDonald's Rewards and have signed in; d) have the applicable offer showing in the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the McDonald’s (UK) app.
5. The Promotion is not automatically added to your order. To redeem you must order via the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the McDonald’s (UK) app by clicking on the button in that section which describes the applicable offer, adding the offer to your order and completing your qualifying order on the app with a participating restaurant, following which the order should be collected the same day from that restaurant.
6. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash or other alternative is available.
7. Menu items are subject to availability. The Promotion is subject to opening hours of participating restaurants.

10. The Promoter, acting reasonably, will decide whether a customer has already redeemed the applicable offer and its decision is final.
11. The Promotion is only valid at participating McDonald's restaurants in the UK, Jersey and Isle of Man. The Promotion is not available at the following restaurants (please use McDonald's Restaurant Locator for addresses):

12. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms, shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. At any one time your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance must not exceed 100,000 points. If your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance would exceed 100,000 points when a points offer is applied, the offer will only be applied in part and any points that would have been due beyond the 100,000 cap will not be awarded and will be forfeited.
15. MyMcDonald’s Rewards points cannot be earnt in relation to any spend on (i) bag taxes, (ii) delivery fees, (iii) tips for delivery drivers or riders, (iv) charitable donations or (vi) purchase of gift vouchers.
16. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If an offer has functionality allowing it to be redeemed at a Drive-thru, by saying the 4-digit offer code, please ensure that you remember your code before starting your journey.
