MyMcDonald’s Rewards Monday Offers Terms and Conditions

1. MyMcDonald’s Rewards offers run on selected Mondays (MMR Offers). A MyMcDonald’s Rewards account is required. Privacy Statement, App & Rewards T&Cs apply.

2. MMR Offers vary and are only available via the McDonald’s (UK) app. Offers will be displayed in the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the McDonald’s (UK) app. MMR Offers do not run every Monday. See the McDonald’s (UK) app for your current MMR Offers.

3. Each MMR Offer is valid for such period of time as indicated in the offer terms of each offer (and the expiry date will be stated on the offer e-voucher in the McDonald's (UK) app). Breakfast menu items are served between 05:00 and 10:59. Main menu items are served between 00:01 - 04:59 and 11:00 - 23:59. See e-voucher for offer serving times.

4.For MMR Offers where a minimum spend applies, the minimum spend may vary each week. See Rewards & Offers section of the McDonald’s (UK) app for details of applicable minimum spend. Minimum spend only applies to food and drink.

5.MMR Offers are valid on pickup and delivery orders, only on the McDonald’s (UK) app. Delivery fee (from £0.99), service fee (7.5%-10% of basket value) and small order fee (£1.50 if basket under £10) (each set by chosen restaurant and subject to change during the offer redemption window) apply to delivery orders. Delivery is subject to availability at restaurants offering that service.

6. MMR Offers do not apply to fees incurred on delivery. Minimum order value thresholds do not include fees incurred on delivery. Only menu items count towards minimum order value thresholds.

7. MMR Offers cannot be redeemed on orders made via a third-party delivery service, app or website.

8. To be eligible to receive and use the MMR Offers, you must: a) be 18 years old or over; b) have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's (UK) app; c) have opted-in to MyMcDonald's Rewards on the McDonald’s (UK) app; and d) have the applicable offer showing in the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the McDonald’s (UK) app.

9. MMR Offers are not automatically added to your order. To redeem you must:

a) order via the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the McDonald’s (UK) app by clicking on the button in that section which describes the applicable offer, adding the offer to your order and completing your qualifying order on the app with a participating restaurant, following which the order should be collected or delivered (as applicable) the same day from that restaurant; or 

b) use the 4-digit offer code or QR code (where applicable) at the kiosk, front counter or Drive-thru of a participating restaurant, if the applicable MMR Offer showing in your McDonald's (UK) app account provides that functionality.

10. MMR Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash or other alternative is available. MMR Offers are one-time use per McDonald’s (UK) app account only.

11. Product specific offers not valid if product acquired as part of a Meal. MMR Offers for reduced price menu items cannot be used to contribute towards payment for a Meal or to pay for a Meal in full. MMR Offers do not apply to any customisations to menu items for which full payment will be required.

12. Menu items are subject to availability. MMR Offers are subject to opening hours of participating restaurants.

13. At any one time your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance must not exceed 100,000 points. If your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance would exceed 100,000 points when a points offer is applied, the offer will only be applied in part and any points that would have been due beyond the 100,000 cap will not be awarded and will be forfeited.

14. MyMcDonald’s Rewards points cannot be earnt in relation to any spend on (i) bag taxes, (ii) delivery, service and small order fees, (iii) tips for delivery drivers or riders, (iv) charitable donations or (vi) purchase of gift vouchers.

15. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If an offer has functionality allowing it to be redeemed at a Drive-thru, by saying the 4-digit offer code, please ensure that you remember your code before starting your journey.

18. The Promoter, acting reasonably, will decide whether a customer has already redeemed the applicable offer and its decision is final.

19. MMR Offers are only valid at participating McDonald's restaurants in the UK, Jersey and Isle of Man. MMR Offers are not available at the following restaurants (please use McDonald's Restaurant Locator for addresses):

  • BIRKENHEAD
  • HIGHWAY SHADWELL
  • WEST ONE SHOPPING CENTRE
  • BRACKNELL - THE KEEP

  • SITTINGBOURNE – CROWN QUAY TRADE CENTRE

20. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms, shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
