A: Customers must first use their Macca’s app when making an eligible transaction. This will automatically populate plays in the birthday gameplay to win free food or MyMacca’s Rewards Points. Customers must go in to their Macca’s app and play the Birthday Game within the app (choice to skip) to find out if they are a winner.
Q: How do I know if I have successfully received tickets for the Macca’s 50th Birthday Games?
A: If you have successfully attached your app code to eligible transactions, your tickets will appear within the Macca’s 50th Birthday Game as a “play” waiting for you.
Q: When do my prizes expire?
A: All free food prizes must be redeemed between 5:00am 2 September 2026 and 11:59pm 18 October 2026. Any free food prizes that are not claimed after this time will be forfeited. Reward Points will remain on your account per the standard Rewards Points lifecycle and may be redeemed at any time.
