McDonald’s Rewards available only when you download, register and activate the McDonald’s app. To collect Rewards punches, scan the QR code when you buy an applicable menu item at the front counter, kiosk or drive-thru. If you use mobile ordering, your Rewards punch will be automatically applied. McDonald’s Rewards progress will be updated within 24 hours after use. 

To redeem your free menu item at the front counter, kiosk or drive-thru, scan your free McDonald’s Rewards offer found in the "Offers" section of the McDonald’s app. To redeem your free menu item using mobile ordering, select your free McDonald’s Rewards offer found in the "Offers" section of the McDonald’s app, then select "Start your order" and choose your free menu item. In the instance of a multiple valid menu item purchase at the front counter or drive-thru, the free menu item will apply to the valid menu item with the highest price. In the instance of a multiple valid menu item purchase at the kiosk or on a mobile order, the free menu item will apply to the valid menu item selected by the customer within the McDonald’s Rewards menu. Limit one redemption per transaction.
