Marc was promoted to Vice President, Digital & IT in March 2018 having joined McDonald’s in 2015 as Director of Digital. Marc is responsible for the technology used by customers and restaurants across the UK and Ireland.
Since joining McDonald’s, Marc and his team, with support from IT and across the business, have delivered a step change in the business’ digital presence. From the ability to click and collect in restaurants from mobile phones, and a new, mobile-responsive website, to supporting the marketing calendar and wider brand initiatives.
Prior to joining the business, Marc was the Digital Delivery Director at EE, the UK’s largest mobile network operator, leading the technology function within Digital, as well the Digital Transformation programme. Marc has also held a range of Digital, Marketing and Customer Experience roles across companies such as British Airways, Epson Europe and Abbey National.
Marc’s favourite McDonald’s menu item is the Sausage & Egg McMuffin.
