As a modern, progressive, responsible company, we believe in making a positive difference in our community? from the way we source our menu ingredients to the support we give to local causes.
In the words of Ray Kroc, our founder,
"We have an obligation to give something back to th ecommunities that give us so much"
McDonald's may be one of the world's biggest and best-known brands, yet we are in essence a local company. With strong community ties, we want to make a difference to the people and places where we reside. We also support Ronald McDonald House Charity, which provides families with free accommodation close to their children in Crumlin Children's Hospital.
We strongly encourage our crew to contribute to their community, fostering a sense of pride in our organisation and the areas in which we work.
Ray Kroc - "None of us is as good as all of us"
We understand that none of us can be as successful on our own as all of us together, therefore we take pride in and celebrate our success as a group. Proud of the high standards we set ourselves in terms of the quality and acclaim of our training, we strive continually to improve our processes and our people. Working together also often means developing lifelong friendships.
This strong team culture is built on ongoing events throughout the year including the Ronald McDonald House Charity football tournament and crew parties, where we celebrate the success of our training graduates and the many local community sponsorships we are involved in.
