Are some of you stores operating a 'no rehire' policy?

We welcome re hiring ex- employees that have worked for us before- many ex-employees do re-join McDonald's at a later date. The restaurants will require any ex-employees to complete the application and selection process again and will obtain references from the employees previous restaurant in order to make a decision whether to hire or not.
