My McDonald's App Spend and Save Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. There are two separate offers within the My McDonald's App Spend and Save Promotion (the "Promotion") on the My McDonald's App (the "App") set out at 1.a and 1.b below, each separately referred to in these Terms and Conditions as an "Offer":
a. spend £10 or more on one single order on the App to receive £3 off your order;
b. spend £20 or more on one single order on the App to receive £5 off your order.
2. To be eligible to receive each Offer under this Promotion, you must:
a. be 16 years old or over; and
b. have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's app.
3. Each Offer is only valid when ordered via the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's App by clicking on the button describing the relevant Offer in that section and then by placing your order for at least the corresponding spend amount (£10 or £20) at a participating McDonald's restaurant between 00:01 on 28th October 2019 until 23:59 on 1st November 2019 inclusive, following which the order may be collected at that participating restaurant. The corresponding save amount (£3 or £5) will be discounted from the purchase price prior to payment.
4. Each Offer is one-time use per person only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including, but not limited to, one of the Offers in this Promotion) or promotion.
5. No cash or other alternative is available. Your usual data charges apply.

7. McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already redeemed each Offer under this Promotion and McDonald's decision is final.
