Property Site Criteria

If you have property for sale, McDonald's wants to hear from you.

We just might want to build a restaurant on your site.

In the past, we have developed restaurants on smaller parcels and significantly larger parcels. Give us the opportunity to look over your property site characteristics.

 

The ideal site today might include the following characteristics:

  • 50,000+/- sq. ft.
  • Corner or corner wrap w/signage on two major streets.
  • Signalized intersection.
  • Ability to build up to 4,000 sq. ft.
  • Parking to meet all applicable codes.
  • Ability to build to a minimum height of 23' 4".
