New Site Criteria

If you have property for sale, McDonald's wants to hear from you. We just might want to build a restaurant on your site. In the past, we have developed restaurants on smaller parcels and significantly larger parcels. Give us the opportunity to look over your property site characteristics.

The ideal site today might include the following characteristics:

(Traditional Freestanding*)

  • Land area: 44,000 +/– square feet
  • Building area: 4,500 square feet
  • Building height: minimum 21’7”
  • Corner or corner wrap with signage on two major streets
  • Signalized intersection
  • On-site parking
