We care about the well-being of families. Back in 1974, our Franchisees helped local community leaders open the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia. Bringing to life a vision to provide support for families with children who were ill or injured. To this day, we stand by Ronald McDonald House in their commitment to ensure families with children who are ill or injured are able to stay together and receive the comfort and support they need. In our restaurants, we help support the work of Ronald McDonald House and its 240+ Chapters both in your neighborhoods and in communities around the world.

Every cent counts.

A donation is made to Ronald McDonald House every time you buy a Happy Meal® at participating restaurants—supporting families around the world and helping them access the medical care and resources they need.

*1/1/26-12/31/26, McDonald’s will donate one cent to Ronald McDonald House for each Happy Meal sold at participating U.S. restaurants.
