Replacing lost, stolen, or damaged Arch Cards

Be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts—you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.

Submit a request for replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged card via the Contact Us Form. Cards will only be replaced upon submission of acceptable supporting documents which may include activation receipt, purchase receipt, account summary, online purchase electronic receipt and/or a picture of your damaged card. For properly submitted claims, a new card will be issued for the remaining balance at the time of deactivation.

If your request qualifies, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement Arch Cards.

The McDonald’s Arch Card® (“Card”) is a gift card that can be loaded with a dollar value and used at participating McDonald’s restaurants in the United States. It may not be used to purchase other Cards and is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. The Card is issued by, and represents a legal obligation solely of, P2W Inc., NFP.  Unless P2W has consented in writing, Cards may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value. Card balances never expire, nor are any fees charged in connection with use or non-use. To check your Card balance, visit McDonalds.com, call 1-877-458-2200, or transfer your balance to your McDonald’s mobile app account. The remaining balance on lost, stolen, or damaged Cards will be replaced only if proof of ownership is provided. To check complete terms and conditions, visit McDonalds.com/archcard. Purchase, acceptance, or use of the Card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions, including arbitration agreement, jury and class action waiver, and limitations of liability. The Card is not valid until purchased and activated.
