How do I change my password?

1. Launch the McDonald's app and log in, if you are not already. 2. Select "More" on the bottom navigation bar. 3. Select your profile name at the top of this page to access your account. 4. Choose "Personal Settings." 5. On the next screen, select "Change Password." 6. Follow the prompted instructions on the "Change Password" screen to complete the desired action. 7. Passwords must be 8-12 alphanumeric characters and must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number. 8. Be sure you select "Confirm Details" to save any changes made to your account details.

How do I reset my password?

1. Launch the McDonald's app and ensure you are logged out. 2. Select "More" on the bottom navigation bar. 3. Select "Log In" and ensure that you are under the "Log In" tab. 4. Select the "Forgot Password?" link and enter the email associated with your account before selecting "Reset Password." 5. Locate the "Password Reset" email in your inbox and follow the instructions in the app for subsequent steps to complete the reset. 6. Passwords must be 8-12 alphanumeric characters and must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number. 7. Be sure you select "Update" to save the changes made to your password.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

You are not able to change the email address associated to your account in the McDonald's app at this time.

How are scholarship winners selected?

The scholarship recipients are selected based on:

Academic achievement
Financial need
Community involvement
Personal statement
Personal qualities and strengths as portrayed in a personal interview, either in-person or by phone

You’re a high school senior
Must be a legal U.S. Resident, U.S. Citizen or a DREAMER/DACA recipient
You’re under 21 years old
You carry a minimum 2.8 GPA
You’re eligible to attend a two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school with a full-time course of study
You’ll disclose other scholarship programs that you’ve applied for
You’ll enroll and attend an accredited institution in the academic year after your selection (verification needed, as scholarship funds are paid directly to the schools)
