How can I get offers?

We’re glad you love our food! The best way to get deals is right through the App. Make sure you are logged in and your location services are turned On. Then, select “Deals” on the bottom navigation bar to find the deals near you. Enjoy!

Unable to add a deal to my mobile order

Why can’t I add a deal to my mobile order?

If a deal is available for redemption through Mobile Order & Pay, it will have an "Add to Mobile Order" button below the code when accessing the deal in the McDonald's App. To redeem the deal, select the "Add to Mobile Order" button, and then customize the items in this order. Choose "Add to Order" to add the deal to your bag. If you are having technical issues, please contact us through the Mobile App Feedback form. Select “More” on the bottom navigation bar then “Career, Contact & Legal.” Finally, select “Contact Us” and choose a topic from the drop-down menu.

What do I do if they can’t scan my Deal QR Code at the restaurant?

If your Deal QR Code won’t scan, provide the 4-digit alphanumeric code to a restaurant crew member at the front counter or in the Drive Thru to get the offer. Enjoy!

QR code expiration

How long does my Deal QR Code stay active?

After selecting “Scan at Restaurant” on the deal page, you have 15 minutes to scan the code.

Adding a second deal

Why can’t I use a second deal?

You can only redeem one deal per person, per visit. Once you select “Scan at Restaurant” or “Add to Mobile Order” and then select “Use Deal,” all other offers become unavailable for the next 60 minutes.

Disappearing deals

Why do some deals disappear and others don't?

New deals are added to the McDonald's app regularly to give you a variety of choices and discounts! Deals are removed from the Deal screen once they expire or have been used.
