How do I reset my password?

- Launch the McDonald's app and ensure you are logged out.
- Select "More" on the bottom navigation bar.
- Select "Log In" and ensure that you are under the "Log In" tab.
- Select the "Forgot Password?" link and enter the email associated with your account before selecting "Reset Password."
- Locate the "Password Reset" email in your inbox and follow the instructions in the app for subsequent steps to complete the reset.
- Passwords must be 8-12 alphanumeric characters and must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
- Be sure you select "Update" to save the changes made to your password.
