What happens if I never check in or pick up my order?

There are no cancellations on orders in the app, so you’ll still be charged even if it’s not picked up. Payment is accepted at checkout before you get to the restaurant. To get assistance for a refund, please contact the restaurant where you purchased your order. You can find their phone number using the Restaurant Locator on our website.
