How do I reload my Arch Card?
Need to add some cash to your Arch Card? There are two easy ways:
Visit any participating McDonald’s restaurant and ask a crew member at the counter to load your Arch Card.
Go online and visit the Arch Card page.
I lost my Arch card/my Arch Card was stolen. What should I do?
Uh-oh. Lose your Arch Card? Not to worry: we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts; you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.
For damaged cards, it is recommended you immediately call (800) 244-6227 to cancel and replace your card. For lost or stolen cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel your card. You can also complete and send in the Lost/Stolen Arch Card Form along with your original activation receipt—but if the Arch Card is used before the form is received, the funds will not be reimbursed.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement Arch Cards.

What form of payments do you accept in the App?
You can register Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and store up to four payment cards in the App at a time. All registered cards must be issued by a U.S. bank. If you have an iOS device, and your card is registered to your Apple Wallet, Apple Pay will automatically display as a payment option within the McDonald's App and does not count towards the two-card limitation. The App does not accept the Arch Card or Visa gift cards at this time.
What forms of payment are accepted?

Can I add an Arch Card® as a payment method?
You cannot register an Arch Card for payment of mobile orders at this time.
How do I add, remove, or edit payment information?
You can add or remove a card from the Checkout and My Account screens; we do not allow editing of card information at this time. Follow the prompts on the screen, complete the required fields within the payment form and choose 'Save' to add a new card. To remove a card on iOS, swipe left. To remove a card on Android, press and hold until the "Remove" option appears.
