Why am I not seeing my reward points after an order cancellation?

If an order including a loyalty reward is cancelled, the reward is not lost. You will not receive your points back, but the reward item will be available under the "Ready to redeem" section in your Rewards Dashboard within 15 minutes of your order cancellation. In case of processing delays, contact McDonald's support.
