Is McDonald's allowing employees to wear gloves or masks to curtail the spread of COVID-19?

McDonald’s restaurant employees are allowed and encouraged to wear masks or face coverings for their personal safety, unless when mandated by state or local guidance due to “high” COVID community levels. In that event, masks are required to be worn by crew.
